WRK Standard apparel is made to order. Each piece is produced after you place your order.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges for fit, size or change of mind. Check the measurements on each product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, email admin@wrkstandard.com before you buy and we will help you choose.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email admin@wrkstandard.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.

Variation is not a defect

Washed finishes can vary in tone from piece to piece. Distressing applies only to products identified as distressed on their product pages; the Cream Pump Cover has no distressing. Differences in washed tone and intentional distressing between pieces, or from product photographs, are a feature of those finishes and are not grounds for a defect claim.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins, usually within 24 hours of ordering. Once production has started an order cannot be cancelled.
